Hands down the best Fish n Chips outside of the UK!! (and better than most in the UK)

Incredible food! It takes me back to the fish and chips I enjoyed in Australia, even though it's originally a British dish. I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5!

Incredible authentic fish and chips! They use cobbler, which is wonderfully white and meaty without any fishy flavor. Their chips are absolutely perfect—quite possibly the best I've tasted in the Philippines. They stay true to their UK roots, complete with curry sauce and a paper wrapper. I will definitely order from here repeatedly!

The recent rise in popularity of Kapitolyo and Maginhawa as community food hubs has shifted its attention to Poblacion, Makati. This change has led to the opening of more establishments in the area. Pallet recently celebrated its grand opening, featuring 12 food stalls. One of these stalls is Flying Fish, which serves a single menu item: traditional Fish and Chips made with cod. Cod is a nutritious and flavorful seafood rich in lean protein, vitamins, and minerals. Priced at Php 450 with fries, it is somewhat pricey, but I appreciate the generous portion size and the ample amount of chips included with each order.
