Superfriendly staff, tasty dishes, cosy, reasonable prices, worth a visit or two or even more, highly recommended

We were full of food with our 4 years old son. Operation and owners were extremely friendly, extremely friendly and despite the stress super child-friendly. In the middle of Nieblum, the J. J. Eschel Str. is the Cafe Kohstall . J. J. Eschel was a native nodule and as a whaler, sailor and captain on the sea. With much attention to detail, the stable of the former cow was converted into a café room on the ground floor and on the first floor. On the walls you will find pictures and representations from the past and the seats and tables fit very well into the café-house environment. There is a small café terrace in front of the entrance, but as the main street of Nieblum also happens, it can sometimes be a bit loud and restless. Better back to the back café terrace and there is truly heavenly tranquility and you can enjoy your coffee or other coffee drinks along with one of the selected cake pieces from a variety of cakes. I would like to highlight the Friesentorte or the Rhababerkuchen, which have just been well maintained. Also the ice cups in a variety of choices as well as the waffles are not to be despised. In the summer and mid of the year you can taste and enjoy every Tuesday squirrels and on Friday grilled Föhrer salt marshes lamb. In summer the Cafe Kohstall opened from 13:30 18:30 to 30.06.
