Wendy's - Niceville

Created a mobile order with the app for the ride by picking up 6 breakfast baconators, 2 large and 1 small spiced wedges, with 3 orange juice bottles and a water bottle. There was a sign on the ride, that said short-employees and I'm sorry when they wait long. I was expecting a long waiting period because it was with my big order. It was really fast and not in quality too. The pommes were fresh and crispy and were not partly empty as other fast foods can make them. Breakfast baconators were great. Crispy Speck in there with juicy sausage and the Swiss sauce. Really brilliant for a morning breakfast. Definitely happy with this place.

Great place to eat fast food. Always friendly ride through the staff. Only experienced 1 worker to be negative, but it was super busy and at the end of a shift. $2 frosty keychains for the year are a must! So worth the money! My family and I love the male hispanic manager (I will see his name day next time)! He is great and always a joy! He is so friendly, helpful, polite and always smiling!! He deserves 5 stars safe!!! I will give the restaurant 5 stars when their lobby opens again to the public.

Luis is the best. 10/10 Customer Service. This man should lead a high-end restaurant on the beach, not a Wendy’s in Niceville.
