Tim Hortons - Niagara-on-the-Lake

I'm giving this review five stars for a worker named Uttamjeet. She performs her job with a perfect smile and a lot of passion. I truly appreciate her efforts!

The manager at this Tim Hortons was quite rude. While the cashier, food, and location were pleasant, the manager really needs to improve their communication skills with customers.

I stopped by this place on my way home from a trip to the US, and they spread peanut butter on the bagel for us, which was a fantastic surprise!

It was very conveniently located across from our hotel. I got a medium coffee and also a steeped tea for the husband. We both enjoyed them.We also tried their donuts. Which were fresh and tasty.

The cashier Mia, was very rude! I brought up to her atrention that there was a fly on the donuts/muffins display. She answered as if she was annoyed that I brought it up and simply said, I know .... Seriously? That 's a valid answer.... ???I asked if I could please get my muffin before the fly goes on it and does its business... she was definitely annoyed and then she said I did not pay for a muffin meanwhile that is the first item she rang!!! I truly believe Customer Service Training is required at this location.Will never go back nor recommend it
