Bidra med feedbackAfter I was halfway through my sub, I noticed some beard hair next to the sandwich in the wrapper, which means I likely ingested some too, haha. The poor guy seemed like he was new. Overall, it was an okay experience.
I visited the restaurant yesterday with my mother, who wanted to order a sub. Unfortunately, the Asian woman working there left the bread out in the cold after toasting it because she was busy with another customer’s order. We understand that people get busy, but as paying customers, we expect our food to be served hot. When my mother politely asked her to heat the bread again, the woman became defensive and responded rudely. There was no reason for her to take it so personally. Clearly, she needs some training in customer service and proper communication with customers, as her behavior was unacceptable. She even refused to prepare my mother’s order and asked another staff member to take over. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand that there are challenges behind the scenes, but I was really taken aback by her immaturity and rudeness. While the sub was great—after all, it's Subway—the customer service left a lot to be desired. I feel sorry for her co-workers who have to deal with such unprofessional behavior.
I ordered online, and it was ready right on time. The portion size was just right, and the taste was excellent. Overall, it was a fast and convenient experience.
Service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Personal told us about a problem with a pop machine and the options for us. Like Subways.
Located in a quite place of Niagara on the lake. We were very hungry that evening, and were looking for a fast food shop. We found this Subway when driving. But, had to wait for long to serve the food. Slow customer service.
