Kfc - Niagara Falls

Very slower service a few months ago, but thought I would give it another try as it was convenient. around 18 clock I ordered and paid for a meal combo. a few minutes later I was told that they had no white meat ready, it would be 35-40 minutes waiting. at 18 o'clock? isn't that the evening?! I got my money back and went to mary browns. great service and better price. I'm done with kfc

Very tasty roasted chicken, but the chicken is dry, especially the white meat. I am surprised to live in the modern age of 2022 that the second largest chain of restaurants in the world that is kfc can still not find out how to serve juicy bun for any order. I think they have to change this when they can.

Went in to order a boneless combo took about 4 minutes for a guy to come out and when taking my order the guy behind the counter said back to me boneless combo so i assumed he understood but when i got home it was a chicken sandwhich and it even said on the receipt boneless combo
