Fat Bastard Burrito - Niagara Falls

The only reason that I put 1 star is bc when you pay debit the machine shows off the tip option which the employee does not take so the tips go to the owner. Idk about this specific law but I believe it's unfair, why does the owner get the tip if he does not work and why does the machine show the tip option if nobody gets the tip? I think the customer has the right to know and should be illegal for the owner to take tips from the employee.

Worst experience in my life. I got a contaminated shrimp burrito. I had eaten half, with in half an hour I was my pants. I had to change 3 times on the way back to this place to get a refund. They did not want me to get a refund nor did they want me to use there washroom as they said for customers only. I had to get the police involved. I will be bringing this to head office as they serve rotten food that ruined my whole trip as I was going to a show in the USA. I had stopped for lunch and this happened. Do not go to this location ever . .

Delicious food, and good vegetarian options. The staff was well-trained and friendly.Overall very good experience we had.Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese, Tofu, Sweet potato

Worst service I have ever experienced. They sold me a shrimp burrito that was contaminated. I ate half and with in half an hour I had explosive diarrhea. I had to pull over on my way to a show in the states. I ruined 2 outfit, pulled over 2 times on the highway and could not hold it in. When I returned they refused to give me a refund, they told me I couldn't use the washroom because it was for customers only. I had to get the police involved. I could not go to my show, I lost hundreds of dollars and I urge you all to share this message. They said I took a bite and that it was not there burrito when Infact I ate half and that was the only thing I ate all day. They were rude to me and lied when the owner showed up I asked if he was the owner and they said no when Infact he was. This was the worst day of my life. So please I urge you to not go here.

The food is not really good, the ingredients seem fake and highly processed. It also doesn’t help when you see the staff scooping ingredients out of buckets like farmers do to feed their pigs.
