Tasty and fresh cream rolls had a regular, it was delicious, in any case will go back.

Cinnamon buns are just sugarbombs, not much taste, price as if it were a magic French boulangerie, once was too much.

I had a wonderful two-night stay! The room service was very fast in the morning, the room was clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food court features an Italian restaurant called Vittorio’s, which has a separate section. I highly recommend trying the meatball sandwich! The casino offers a variety of options, although I didn't win on the machines, I had a great time playing. I will definitely be visiting again.

I stayed at this hotel for a special anniversary celebration. The room, with a beautiful premium falls view, was clean and satisfactory. However, the experience was marred by issues with the elevators. Out of the four elevators in the high-rise building, two were out of service and the remaining two had a limited four person capacity. After waiting nearly an hour, we were forced to walk down 26 flights of stairs with all our belongings. Upon reaching the bottom, we found all interior entrances to the hotel locked, requiring us to walk around the outer perimeter for another 10 minutes to reach the main entrance. The staff member we encountered was unhelpful and indifferent. The overpriced accommodations were not worth the inconvenience we experienced with the elevators. There was no compensation given for the trouble, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. Thankfully, there was no emergency such as a fire during our stay.
