Bidra med feedbackThe stuff was indifferent to the Customer and more interested in equipment. As for the breakfast sandwich on a croissant, I don't think I will ever buy it.
I got a Dunkin Energy Punch which is essentially just a monster with blue raspberry flavoring.The lady had me repeat my order 3 separate times, was rude, didn't speak good English, then when I got my drink it wasn't mixed and full of ice!I understand that employees are taught to put in alot of ice to offset the portions. But I literally watched them used 1/2 of the Monster and throw it away, opting to give me ice instead.This isn't like a coffee where not adding much ice means you use more ingredients, thus impacting your bottom line. The energy drink is a one and done, it doesn't get reused again, so why not give me the whole can.YOU sold me a drink that cost nearly $5, filled it with ice, didn't mix it, and when asked politely for you to mix it, I got attitude.I would give you 0 stars if I could.Avoid this place like the plague.
I don't know what they do to the iced lattes. Every other Dunkin can make it. But when I order it here I end up having to dump it since it tastes disgusting. Reminder to self. Need to stick to hot coffee here. They also always forget to give me my donut. I always have to ask for it.
The Employee Ashton gave me a great experience. I mean the mornings are always rough seeing that others in my community goes in to grab a hit or cold coffee. But when it came to my order he made sure mines was dealt with care. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT Ashton THANKS TO YOU I ENJOY MY MEAL ? AND COFFEE !!!!
As much as I've had fond memories of my early Dunkin' glory days in the early 80's (i.e. Boston Cream donut baked CHOC Chip cookies, respectively), I think Dunkin' is quite way behind the times both of my recent beverage (i.e. Cocoa Mocha) donut orders (i.e. Glazed CHOC donut instead of glazed CHOC stick earlier last month 49 River ST in Waltham) were really messed up which was very darn aggravating.Ditto for my Mocha lattes frequently splattering out the above latter location late last month citing a lack of those cool insulated sleeves like Starbuck's.So, it's very unlikely that I'll ever return there again whatsoever since I'd prefer to take my smart spending habits elsewhere (i.e. Starbuck's Caffe Nero, respectively).Anyway, thanks for your kind attention to this matter.
