Smoothie Queen Cafe - Newport News

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food tastes incredible—definitely a 10 out of 10! I had been thinking of stopping by for a few days since Tropical Smoothie is quite far from my workplace, making it impossible for me to get there during my break. I'm really glad this place opened up. I also noticed that they have live performances on Saturdays at 8, so I'm looking forward to checking that out as well!

I don't usually write reviews, but after driving by and spotting a cheerful smoothie sign, I had to make a U-turn to check it out. Let me tell you, making that U-turn was a great decision! This smoothie has truly changed my outlook, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

I frequent this establishment whenever I’m in Newport News and I’ve never had a complaint until today. I don’t know if it’s a piece of plastic or a fingernail but it is unacceptable. I was advised to bring it back for a new order, but like I said, I frequent the establishment, not driving back. Gave it a three because I truly enjoyed my Java Jolt.

Definitely can’t be going here again. Spent $40 on 2 small shakes a wrap the size of my hand, it took them 30 minutes to get it out we were a To go order ! On top of that we were the only ones in there for the first 20 minutes ?
