Ordered via Uber Eats, when I took a bite I saw an actual worm crawling in the food! I immediately threw up! I am utterly disgusted and advise people not to eat here. I wish I could add a video of it crawling, I?m still in awe.

This place doesn?t even deserve a one star. I have been a long time customer of this location but not anymore. My husband called to express how there was chicken in my order and to see if the correct food could be delivered. I don?t eat chicken and it has caused me to have an immediate stomach pain. To which her response was to respond rudely and hung up on my husband mid sentence. I called back and expressed very politely that her actions were unkind. She spoke to me

Good food, friendly service ! Crab ragoon are really good and cooked perfectly. Sweet and sour was delicious and the chicken beef lo mein was delicious. Also ordered cashew shrimp, only thing missing that I love is bamboo shoots, the sauce was good though.

I love Fu Leen Palace. It is one of the best Chinese food restaurants in Hampton Roads, Virginia. My food is always fresh. I have never gotten a cold dish. The delivery drivers are friendly, and my food always comes on time. My favorite thing to get is the house special pancit.

I don't know what these other reviewers are saying about the customer service and delivery drivers. My experience has been the complete opposite. I have ordered multiple times from this place: delivery, in person, and for pick up, and in every case the food was fresh, made to order, and tasted delicious. This is my go-to spot for Chinese food since I've moved here and they have always made great meals for me. I regularly eat here and they have not messed up an order yet.
