Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The food was not up to par at all. The was super slow. It was so people at other tables were leaving.

The waitress never offered us the ? I had to ask the supervisor, the drinks were all ice, they tasted like juice, we mentioned it to the supervisor and they quickly wanted to charge me extra for something that tasted like a game!! This was one of our favorite places but with today's service we changed our mind!!

I had the cheeseburger, and the top of the bun was a bit stale. Other than that, it was fantastic!

I had a wonderful birthday dinner with my sister-in-law and our family. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Sarah, did a fantastic job. I ordered the Pecan Salad, which was both huge and tasty. Everyone had a great time. Thanks again!

Our group of nine visited Cheddars and were informed we'd have to wait around 30 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, they attempted to seat us at a table designed for six. When I requested the manager to combine our table with an empty one nearby, I was told it was against company policy. Frustrated, we decided to leave and head to Chick-fil-A for dinner instead. I rate Cheddars a 0 for service and won’t be returning anytime soon.
