Can have been a really busy day, but service was slow and bad attention to detail. For example, the waiter took away our appetizer plates, although we ordered appetizers. Just to get her back. The same with our cutlery. It was weird.

One of the best restaurants in the city. We'll come here at least 5 times a month. The food is delicious, service is spectacular and friendly. Really an Italian restaurant! The company Irvine wanted to increase their leasing payments by an astronomical amount, and after a year of negotiations, the company Irvine found a jewelry store to take over this huge restaurant that not only we love, and NPB and CDM people love, but we need more restaurants, not less because it is difficult to get a table on weekends. We'll miss this restaurant and the people who work here. Some of them will be seen in other restaurants nearby. Very sad they're leaving. The last day was yesterday, Sunday, 15. May.

This review is solely based on service and overall experience. My wife and myself have been to many upscale restaurants before and have NEVER had a worse experience than the one i had here. Waitress by the name Josephine was extremely rude from the very beginning, never even offered drinks, then after forgetting to put in my daughters food, without any type of apology proceeded to try and justify her error blaming it on us. Went as far as to leave the table laughing after i asked for the manager after she was talking over me still trying to justify herself. Ive never felt so profiled in ANY restaurant. We’ve spent anywhere from $40 to a few hundred dollars for a meal and have always had really good experiences. Safe to say we wont be visiting again
