Found this truck on Ham Jam in Hubert NC. Another supplier recommended the Korean beef Tacos and her plate looked so good that I tried HAD. You were WONDERFUL! The long thin slices of vegetables added taste and texture. They are perfectly filled tacos, easy to pick up and eat, felt healthy not hard, and did not fall out anywhere. A very filling portion size and super reasonable price. Two tacos with tortilla chips and salsa, less than $10! Win! I had a sore throat, so she was super sweet and left the spicy stuff in a small container on my side for me. So thoughtful, tasteful, wonderful! Big people, ready to help others around them. They wake up early, set in long hard hours, and their love shows in their menu and taste. A real jewel of our Food Truck Community. Love! I hope to see them again soon to try the vegan tacos!

Met the truck for lunch in Jacksonville today. We had the truffle herbal fries, Baja fish tacos, pulled pork sandwich and jerk chicken tacos. The truffle herbal fries were a great beginning; cooked really well, good spices and in any case the herbs and truffles can taste. Both tacos were amazing, many fresh flavors that went well together, good size order portions for the money and they really tasted wonderful. The pulled pork sandwich was legit...big taste, delicious bites all the way around. The menu is varied and gives you really a nice sampling of some great taste pairings. If you find them in the city, definitely give them a try. Great truck crew!

I had an amazing Vegan Taco that was definitely full of taste and very well combined. I would definitely recommend you try the Vegan Tacos!!!!!

Today for the first time from there. Had the Korean beef tacos. Wow. Big portion size, amazing taste, perfect heat. Definitely recommend.
