Subway - Newport

So my boyfriend and I just came here to get a couple sandwiches but to my surprise we had Martha help us and the level of customer service that she gave to us was just absolutely amazing and I haven't met somebody so kind in such a long time. I really want to make sure that Martha gets recognized for all of her hard work, and her awesome customer service, and just her overall kindness. She recommended to me the Mexicali sandwich, and it was delicious! It was the first time I actually tried something different than what I usually get, and I'm so happy that I listened to Martha's recommendation and got it. Thank you so much Martha for turning my bad day around and making it a good day. I hope you know how appreciated you are. Keep up the great work! The world needs more people like Martha.

Delish. good value. always yummy. subway all the waylove the veggie. the pastrami when on special. do it

I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but this is Probably the best Subway I've been to. It's clean, when I order online they make the sandwiches quickly, the sandwiches are well-made, and the staff has always been friendly. A month or so ago when I stopped in, their soda machine wasn't working (so there was only tea and lemonade). I was annoyed at first, but they let us swap out our fountain drinks for bottled drinks. Sometimes things happen and they accommodated us to the extent possible at that time, so I can't really fault them for that. All things considered, all of my visits here have been positive.

I live in OC and stop often to get a 6 inch with only mayo tomato and lettuce. Every store in OC charged me $3.99 for that sandwhich. Stopped by this location near work and they charged me $6.99 even though a footlong with meat and cheese is $6. I left the sandwhich there as the girl working counter kept repeating corporate only gives them a button to charge me $6.99. Where 's the customer service? I also order about $200 per month in sandwiches from this location per month for meetings but never visited personally. After this experience, I 'm changing my work team lunch orders from this location to Moulin across the street. You get better quality for the price anyway. I write this review in hopes that corporate will see it and realize this location has unfair pricing and blames corporate. Let 's get some training here and other price point options. Believe Subway corporation was just bought out but still surprised things are downhill at this location.

The manager was absolute perfection she was a delight I had some of the best customers service I received in a very very long time I will definitely be going back my sandwich was a bit pricey 17 bucks for a footlong with three cookies chips and soda but it was real good service can't be beat!! The store was immaculately clean no complaints and I love the cookies especially the white chocolate macadamia I know you can get some pretty much everywhere nowadays but for some reason I really like subways haha
