Bidra med feedbackI had a delicious buffalo "chicken" wrap at this restaurant. I was surprised to see they had a dedicated vegan menu as well.
We're going to eat here almost weekly. wonderful menus, including vegan. in winter I start with a steaming hot chocolate and a baked from the glass case next to the register. there is common a vegan soupen selection so often have suppe with half sandwich. Organic eggs and milk. everything is delicious and striking. friendly caffe atmosphere. look at their Facebook page for photos, weekly surprises and special farm to table dinner options. look at the city. perry county council of the arts is on the street with creative gifts by juried artists, in the rule regional. barber shop a block to the north on the same street has beauty shop in the heck. all good to eat and explore.
While the location of this joint is out-of-the-way, it's a nice, cozy place to dine in. As a vegan, I appreciated their extensive, well-highlighted options. Their tofurkey de la sol sandwich was delectable tasty, healthy, light and inspired. This is a great place, but I just wish they were in a better location like Harrisburg or State College.
Espresso Yourself is an oasis in an area known for its predilection for meat and potatoes. Delicious vegetarian and vegan soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and specialty drinks. Pleasant, warm atmosphere, friendly service, and an owner who is anxious and willing to please her customers. We have never had a bad meal here and the food is well worth the 25 mile ride from Harrisburg, which first follows the Susquehanna and then the Juniata River and is a scenic delight by itself.
I enjoyed a delicious meal at this restaurant back in October. I tried their dirty chai made with almond milk, vindaloo-cured cauliflower soup, and a panini filled with hickory smoked tofurky, provolone cheese, and basil pesto. For dessert, I indulged in a gluten-free dark chocolate mint muffin.
