Zaxby's - Newnan

The service was excellent. It took a bit of time to get through the queue, but once I placed my order, everything went quickly. The staff was wonderful—very nice and friendly!

As an out-of-state visitor, I had a great experience at Zaxby's. Although there was a long line, it moved swiftly, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the fries were hot and perfectly golden. While it’s not fine dining, it was an excellent choice for a quick lunch.

We placed our order through the drive-thru. The chicken fingers were delicious, but the fries were only partially seasoned and not cooked as thoroughly as I had requested. The tea, however, was just right. Once we drove away and opened our box, I noticed that the barbecue sauce I had asked for was missing from the bag. I find the ordering experience frustrating when I have to ask for items multiple times, only for them to still not be included with the food.

Its always good...i mean its zaxbys. what is there to be mad at?

Its good food, but like most Zaxby's the service isn't fast. This one is better than most, but don't plan to swing in any pick up something quick if you are in a hurry.
