We usually really enjoy this place but we were there yesterday and were very disappointed with the service. We usually have the Ultimate French Toast (or Pancake) Breakfast and are very pleased. We ALWAYS ask for the french toast (or pancakes) to be held until the end of our meal at every restaurant we go to because we like to eat it last, kind of like dessert, and we like it to be hot. This has never been an issue not at Town Country or any other place. The waitress seemed put off when we said that’s how we wanted it and said she didn’t think we could do that but said she see. When she brought our food, she brought the french toast at the same time as everything else and said that the cooks couldn’t do it because there were too many tickets. The restaurant was not overly busy when we were there and as I’ve stated, this is something we’ve never had a problem with in the past. She didn’t even come back and tell us it couldn’t be done and give us a choice to proceed differently. Other than that, the food was very good as usual.
