Bidra med feedbackWhy does the Kroger on Lower Fayetteville always seem to be short on cashiers? The lines can be 6 to 8 customers deep, even at the self-checkout, and not all lanes are open. What is going on, Kroger???
I enjoy shopping at Kroger, just like any other supermarket, but I find their prices to be quite high, similar to Publix. If they're going to charge more, I believe the fruits and vegetables should be fresher and better displayed. Additionally, it would be great if they could find out what their customers want and stock those items in the store. Just a suggestion!
While I did receive most of the items I ordered—minus two that were out of stock—the shopper marked everything as out of stock and substituted different items, despite my request for no substitutions. Instead of the items I wanted, I ended up with junk food that my family doesn’t even eat. The most frustrating part is that while I received some of the items, many others listed on the receipt were missing. I was charged twice: once for $37 for the items I did receive and again for $65 for items that never showed up. Looking back at my previous orders, I found another instance where I was charged for an item I didn’t order or receive, meaning I ended up with issues on two out of three orders, and the last one was particularly egregious. I’ve reached out to Kroger multiple times, but I’ve received little response or resolution. Overall, it feels like Kroger has taken about $200 from me. I strongly recommend being cautious if you decide to use their service—it's much safer to shop in-store yourself.
