Firehouse Subs Ashley Park - Newnan

Love firehouse subs, since I don't have one where I live, so was super cheated when the cherry limonade stopped working, as I even got my drink bought a big drink so I could fill before I left. The employee tried to work again, but after a few minutes....

I'm out of town and I'm over at noon. I heard customers talk about a story of bad service, but this store is under new management. The staff was polite, attentive and efficient, they really seem to work together to serve the customer. They keep waiting, customers know where they were in the queue. The restaurant was very clean. My Jamaican Ruck turkey sandwich was delicious!

The food was good during this trip to firehouse. The worst thing at this store is the service. Employees are very rude and uncaring. I ordered subs online for pickup. I get to the store around 6 minutes past the time it is suppose to be due. They didn't even have one sub complete. Stood there for an extra 20 minutes for them to finish my online order. I put the order in around 11am and came in around 12:06pm. The order was suppose to be complete at 12pm. Left the store at 12:30. A little ridiculous, but no apologies or anything. Plus, there were free cookies online that was suppose to be free and we called about it, they said they would take care of it. Didn't take care of it until I got to the store. They reran my order so it wouldn't look late on their end. Will not be returning here for awhile and hope this review will change things.

First time visiting. My wife had the Virginia Honey Ham and I had the Italian. Both sandwiches were very good. I was shocked by the expense but the food tasted good enough to make up for it. We will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend this location.
