I looove this outlet, because it's convenient, fast, tasteful, good customer service from Susanna, she has always being polite and accommodating always smiling and asks for feedback. I noticed my wings were just PERFECT the ribs not tough. I asked if there was a new chef, Leo's cooking skills are great. I asked for my wings to be well done ,but not burnt and for once I didn't have to send them back to be cooked a little more. DELICIOUS x

Came here on a whim as we wanted to be close to Vue for our 7:30 showing of Jennifer Lawrences 'Red Sparrow '.

Chicken wings didn 't really have any proper BBQ treatment, they could easily have been baked and then brushed with cheap and nasty wholesaler BBQ sauce no other seasoning going on. Cajun fries were passable. Chocolate milkshake was returned... They offered to make me another but showed me that they were using some kind of nasty syrup, the kind you can buy from a supermarket. It had neither the colour or flavour of chocolate. Took a refund. Overall, very disappointed

OK...I know that this is Mall food, so my expectations shouldn't be too high. But this was a chain that I thought might make an effort. But no! Heaven knows what folks fro Chicago was say about this...I am embarrassed to think. Dry, bland and uninteresting. Ten pounds gets you a small slab of five or six ribs and a half dozen tiny chicken wings. And give up any thoughts of tender meat falling off the bone. The meat has to be prised away with a serrated knife. Served with a tiny (mercifully pot of the most unpleasant cole slaw(? I've ever eaten. Fortunately there are many bins in the food hall.
