Brewers Fayre Winsor House - Newham

Delicious food, great service with a smile from Orinta. Definitely will come back. Would highly recommend this place for everyone

We dined at Windsor House for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Sharon and Orienta for the fantastic breakfast. I also want to thank the kind lady who found a quiet space for me and my daughter to enjoy our dinner on Friday night.

The team were very helpful and friendly. The environment was also clean and more importantly, the meal was delicious. Sharon was also exceptional in delivering her services. Finally, the Christmas crackers on the table was a plus!!!

The area around the Hilton Doubletree Excel is something of an oasis. Outside of other hotels servicing the London Docklands Airport you’ll find more rowing facilities and gyms than you will find pubs and restaurants. Something of a captive market for the hotel bars and restaurants and all of their over priced and questionable fayre. A little online research brought me to Brewer’s Fayre in Beckton, a brisk 20 minute walk from my hotel. I was surprised to find that my search for pub grilling had brought me to another hotel establishment, as the Brewer’s Fayre building is conjoined to a branch of the Premier Inn (a not so secret door leads from the dining/bar area into the hotel itself. They had a decent selection of wines from the bottle. Seeking the desire to taste something I ordered their chicken katsu curry. The peppers included with the curry made for a deliciously hot dish and although it wasn’t exceptional it was very satisfying which is exactly what you want from a pub meal.

Four of us stayed at the Premier Inn and went to the Brewers Fayre for a meal. When we ordered the meals we asked numerous times for all four meals to come out together. 25 minutes later mine and the wife's came out, we tried to wait for our friend's meals to arrive before we started on ours but couldn't wait any longer so we started to eat. 35 minutes later after we had finished our meal our friend's had to cancel there order and get a refund because there food didn't arrive and not one member of staff were helpful or apologised. It finally arrived 50 minutes later which by then was to late, so it was returned. Never again.....
