I was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of the coffee at this coffee lounge. The atmosphere was relaxed, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly considerate, attentive, and polite to all customers, going above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. Despite nursing a serious injury, the staff ensured my comfort and made sure my needs were met. In addition to great customer service, the coffee lounge also offers a selection of daily newspapers for customers to enjoy while sipping their coffee. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment - top-notch coffee, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Newcastle.

The coffee at this restaurant is amazing, with two distinct types to choose from. I also tried the zucchini fritters with aioli and bacon, and it was a game-changer. I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was - everything else pales in comparison now.

Easily one of a few places vying for best coffee in Newcastle, but the service seems to have dropped off lately.
