New Best Kebabs - Newcastle upon Tyne

Ordered at 1am delivery time was 2:55am, food never turned up. Terrible service never returned one of my multiple calls

Bought a 12 inch pizza, from here late last night charged me £7.50 absolute disgrace of a pizza. Hardly any cheese and 1,slice of pepperoni per slice if pizza come on. People trying to put a bit money in your pockets and you skimp on there pizza like that. Av had better pizzas for a fiver don't go here all your going to get is robbed trust me never again a wouldn't give it any stars if I could help it stay well clear

I live just round the corner and this is my favourite kebab shop ever staff are lovely food is even better, stuffed crust is to die for and I would never go to another takeaway (UNREAL)

Oh my goodness! Avoid getting takeout from this place at all costs! I ordered a donner kebab, shish kebab, and some sides, but it arrived an hour late. We wouldn't have minded the delay if the food was good, but it was cold and incredibly expensive. I had to call four times to confirm the delivery. I will never order from here again!

This is our second time ordering from this restaurant, and the first time was great. Unfortunately, this time we ordered the same food because it was so good last time. However, the garlic bread was badly burnt, as well as some of the meat. The cheesy chips were okay, a bit soggy but decent in comparison. When we called to discuss the burnt food, the man on the phone refused to make any changes because I had moved a slice of garlic bread for a photo. After a heated discussion, he agreed to exchange the bread only, but it would take half an hour. This type of service is unacceptable and the patronizing and victimizing behavior is intolerable. I will not be ordering from them again and I hope they improve their service.
