Miami Pizza - Newcastle upon Tyne

Things have gone downhill, I was a few minutes late to the “happy hour” deal with after coming here for years won’t return the price of exactly the same pizza almost doubled in price. Shame Miami. Won’t use you again.

Review of North Sheilds branch, which doesn’t seem to have a review page yet. Called in an order for collection and told 15 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later expecting cold pizza only to find order not even made up yet, never mind ready. They then proceeded to make up and send out delivery orders which were dialled in while I was stood there, continually putting me at the back of the queue. 45 minutes later they told me they had missed a pizza off the request and it would be another 15 minutes however, the three they had made were left to go cold while the fourth one was cooking. Absolutely shocking customer service. Only scored two stars for price, which is cheap as the cold chips I was given as compensation. Won’t be back.

Tried this place tonight, response to online order was lightning fast, the driver came right to the door, very polite, quick to make change, the food was hot, fresh and tasty, and i was astonished, after ordering delivery all over the UK most nights of the year, that it all tasted firm and fresh, not greasy at all, like i was sitting at a table in a restaurant, will definitely be ordering again tomorrow. Cheers guys.

Just had chicken wrap chips garlic sauce. Donna wrap chips garlic sauce. Cheesecake placed order for 10.30 delicious never been here before will Defoe get again only one thing was too much garlic sauce on Donna wrap.
