Friendly staff at the whole place from the reception to the cardroom. the cardroom was quite small and felt a little cramped.

I went with a group of over 20 friends for the poker experience. Some of us were beginners, including myself and about eight others. We had a fantastic time learning for a few hours before using our "free betting" and drinks package at the tables. Shannel at the reception treated us exceptionally well; her patience in accommodating both members and non-members deserves a special mention! I'm already looking forward to visiting my local casino in Nottingham.

I had an absolutely wonderful time! Sheila and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming. Sheila explained everything clearly, making sure we understood everything and didn't feel out of place.

The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The place is clean and offers plenty of games to keep you entertained for a while. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices. While the alcoholic drinks at the bar are a bit pricey, the soft drinks are complimentary. However, please note that the cash machine inside charges a fee for its use.
