Burger pre cooked and warmed up in microwave bun lettuce tomato everything went in microwave it was disgusting

I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years and have noticed a significant increase in their prices. The cost of a baguette went from 99p in 2019 to £2.40 today, marking a 240% price hike over three years. The restaurant used to be known as eat 4 less and was competitively priced, but now their prices are no different from other establishments. I don't mind paying for good food, but their inflated prices are unreasonable. When I asked why their prices have gone up so much, I was told it's just tough. I won't be returning and anticipate that others will feel the same based on reviews. They have priced themselves out of the market.

Absolutely dreadful place. Me and my friend went into the shop in hopes of ordering some decent food. oh how wrong we were. when we got to the tills i ordered a burger meal, which totalled at £5.50 however i had only £4 on my card so i asked the woman if i could pay the £4 on card and the remainder £1.50 using my cash. however this seemed like a difficult concept for her to grasp. she refused to let me pay with card as i quote ‘The card minimum is 20p’ i then told her i wanted to pay £4 on card not 20p and she still refused. she told me no and i asked why and she said ‘because i said so’ she then said i must change my order which came to £4. she was extremely rude whilst handing me the food as i was stood in front of her and she was pointing at my friend to come and collect the food when i was stood right infront of her face. She then continued to be rude to the family next to me, blaming them for their burger bun being stone cold. i am mortified and in all honesty the place is an absolute disgrace. never again.

Ordered a plain cheese baguette and they gave me the wrong order, when i asked if i could get it replaced they said you can buy another one if you like this is a disgusting practice

I’ve never written a restaurant review before but the state of me right now after eating a £1.90 spicy American cheese chicken baguette earlier today makes me really want to make sure people know my experience. I didn’t care too much about the service, very standard of fast food places to give bad service but the FOOD? I should’ve known when the chicken was too suspiciously cold. I’m not sure how to put this but I have been to the bathroom multiple times with diarrhoea. Yes the prices are cheap but it really wasn’t worth it.
