Chunky Chicken Newcastle

I hope no one allows him to just add a service charge to their meal. I queried it to be told if was for the bag and the boxes or it was because I was sitting in. Either way he was charging it.

Just had a meal from this place expecting the quality I've experienced from several other branches across the country. (Mainly Rochdale and Cardiff. The chips were disgusting, cheap and soggy. My drink was from multi pack although I was charged full price and the burger was thin, dry and salty. This branch is putting profit above any attempt to provide decent food. A terrible experience.

We ordered a meal deal and got so sick after eating it that I hope people keep this in mind if you are deciding order. I don't ever want to feel that sick again so please be warned. Honestly Chunky Chicken doesn't even deserve any stars at all

I can openly say I’ve never had a worse chicken experience in my entire life. Asked for boneless, got boned.... literally. Chips were as wetter than the amazon rainforest in monsoon season. If you order from here you have more balls than the premier league. Don’t put yourself through this.

The staff are very unprofessional and do not understand clear instructions or English and have no knowledge of their own menu. They are disrespectful and have no idea about customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE, however there is chippy and dixy chicken on the same road which serves great food and costumer service.
