Premier Inn Newbury Town Centre South (a339)

Decent location and really quiet despite the short distance to main roads. Room was very generously sized and food was tasty and served quickly by friendly staff

Rooms clean but quite basic. Minimum tea/coffee provided in room, no biscuits. Card indicating breakfast times etc. but no menus for on site restaurant and no literature about nearby attractions or places to visit. Dislike not being able to open window for fresh air. Breakfast service was variable, some good staff, some grumpy about providing poached eggs! Nice towels/ bedding and bed was very comfortable.

Nice place, near a tesco and retail park, not the best location for a walk into the town center although it can be done, just takes about 30 minutes. A lot of the walk was down a quiet enclosed path, I wouldn't have walked it alone. Breakfast was nice too

Really enjoyed our stay, receptionist was really helpful and smiley. room was clean and smelling fresh, air con was amazing and we had a great night's sleep.. Restaurant was busy in the evening and again for breakfast, but that didn't effect service. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Situated in an ideal area, tucked away with free parking. Highly recommended!

Rooms were nice clean comfy beds. Staff very friendly. Didn't enjoy cooked breakfast that mutch black pudding was mushy.
