Baskin-robbins - Newbury Park

I was so lucky to have such a nice cake here for my mother on Mother's Day. There weren't many options, but I have a perfect pink rose on it. The staff was friendly and wrote about it to personalize it. I am so glad that Baskin-Robbins is still there and makes these wonderful cakes that have become a tradition for my family.

2021, still great. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. multiple flavors, a little expensive, however the choices are seemingly endless. Their chocolate chip and jamoca almond fudge are amazing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. The selection of ice cream and cakes was outstanding.

The staff is consistently young and friendly, though somewhat inexperienced. However, they are always pleasant and eager to please. The ice cream is fantastic and one of the oldest premium brands out there. I didn't give a perfect score because they could definitely improve on updating the decor, providing nicer chairs, and maintaining cleanliness (especially with the glassware), but the ice cream is a standout!

This place offers a wide variety of flavors, and I highly recommend the chocolate almond! It's perfectly balanced—not too bitter and not too sweet.
