Bidra med feedbackColline is not vegetarian and they are not a pop-up. They have a fixed place and usually serve one or two meat options. The majority of their menu is vegetarian and vegan, but they always have vegan cakes and coffee too. Your menu changes every week and has a different theme each time. All the food I had at Colline was beautiful and they are a small, local, independent company that also supports many other small local companies. You are a fantastic coffee or lunch option, especially if you want to avoid all major chain companies on the highstreet.
I have visited this restaurant several times, once for coffee and cake and another time for the Buddha bowls. Both experiences were amazing in a lovely setting next to the canal, especially when the sun is shining! The Buddha bowls menu changes regularly, with vegan options always on offer. I will definitely be returning and making sure to take some photos next time!
After searching for a while, we finally found the restaurant. Despite initial concerns about the room, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the menu. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the turmeric latte with my coffee. The avocado toast was excellent, and the vegan desserts looked tempting as well.
This charming establishment is run by a dedicated owner who takes the time to create and provide unique vegan dishes.
