Name Change: Fat Belly Deli Kitchen Showed up 30 minutes before closing as a first time visitor. Was on the run and just hoped for something quick and clean. Got both at FB D. Ordered a Steak and Cheese and at only $10.95 did not disappoint, and certainly impressed. Sandwich was very well prepared and they offer a plethora of desserts, and meals to bring home. This place offers great BLD food and if you find yourself in the area, pay them a visit. Great little kitchen.
Very Very good subs that are somewhat expensive. Staff is very good and work together to get product out fast. The location has NO WHERE TO SIT INSIDE! The have beer, wine, local made provisions, etc. I gave them 4 stars to be kind. I would normally give 3.5 stars. Overall if you want to get a quick lunch or take a sub, etc. home for dinner, you will be happy with the product. I always leave a nice tip as the staff work well together and are friendly. For a bunch of kids, they do alright!
Stopped by recently and we picked up 3 subs, 1 side and a dessert. None were good. Ended throwing one out, fed one to dogs and finished one. Lacked seasoning, had minimal condiments and they were not spread through the sub rolls and wrap seemed like they were bought at a cheap grocery store. Very little cheese as well. By the way the meat used is Boars Head brand. I really was looking to a good deli sub and didn't get any that day. Side of macaroni was edible, but nothing outstanding. Dessert tasted off and like a cheap choc flavor. Both of our sweet addicts refused to eat after a bite and that is never a good sign.
OK this place is now called Fat Belly Deli but seems to feature much of the same fare as before. I had a panini and the rest of my family had subs. It's a walk in and takeaway place although there were 2 picnic tables outside. My pesto mozzarella, chicken panini was yummy, although it could have used more pesto!
