Little Caesars Pizza - Newburgh

Wouldn't go to this restaurant they decide what time they want to close, even after you called and asked them, then show yourself to get pizza and oh we close early we close

I have always called to order if I only had cash (instead of the app where you have to pay with the card), but these new people never answer their phone. They make a medium pizza and fast, but they? re incredible rude!! Dude just cleaned my eyes. You? Luckily, I'm just gonna eat little Caesar pizza?

Workers cannot communicate. I ordered pizza and garlic cheese sticks and they were calculated for divers instead of cheese sticks. I tried to fix it and they kept repeating.

I had a terrible experience today. At first I tried to call and their phones were out. So I'll order the ride. I waited for 35 minutes to tell me that the order was skipped. Then I told the cashier I just want a refund. Then he started to argue and say 5 minutes. And we're waiting for the other pizza. I'm waiting for 10 minutes now and I got my pizzas. I'm not coming back.

Little Caesars has never been nothing special but the new owners of this place are going to run it down to the ground. Terrible customer service, to busy talking to each other About their Hakki sack tournament. I ordered two pizzas. I guess there is a sausage shortage in the US now because there was barely any toppings on my pizza.
