They were very accommodating, even if we were too late. Nick was very knowledgeable about the wines and even shared a wine from 2013. We have just joined the wine club and look forward to further visits.

We were warmly welcomed and asked for our preference of two available seats. The hostess lets us know that a party of six would arrive with us and if the sound level was too high, she would like to move us. She later checked us with us to inquire about our comfort, which is true hospitality. Max was our tasting moth. He welcomed us and explained a variety of tasting options. We chose the library and the current release tasting that gave us a wide range of exposure to the varietals and vintages. Max was extremely knowledgeable and his plaster was perfect for wine lovers and learners. We ordered a small charcuterie plate that was perfectly the palate setup for the current library cross tasting. There were many wines to like, but our two favorites were the 2013 library Pinot, the library Cabernet and the perfectly balanced dry Riesling. The artwork is also great and the lighting and the glass complement the ambience. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at trisaetum. Alice and jasmine took great care of us. They are real wine experts and a lot of fun to chat with. The winemaker’s paintings are on display in the tasting room and he is an exceptional artist and it’s fun to see new work when you come in to taste wine.
