Bidra med feedbackMy family and I showed up at 5:45 specifically for 3 footlong meatball subs. For dinner. It’s dinner time. The young man with glasses, name unknown because not one of the 3 employees had name tags on advised he only had enough for 1 footlong and maybe a 6in. He said if I wanted to wait for 30 mins he could make more. I said ok. I took my 3 HANGRY kids to the thrift shop near by and came back half hour later. Now Tera comes into the picture. She advised there were NO MORE MEATBALLS. To be made or had. Because of the following reasons. They only prep 2 pans a day one at NINE AM and one at 3p. They close at 10 ??? She then advised they “COULDNT make anymore bc there was in fact none in the back to be made..” ?? So I know how popular meatball subs are bc I used to work at subway for 3 years. As long as they were desired by customers, we had to make them. It was absolutely mind blowing that these people REFUSED to make more meatballs for me or any other customers who went into the store after me. My kids wanted the footlong cookie, and we ended up walking out not spending a dime. Simply because I certainly didn’t feel valued as a customer and therefore was not going to spend my money in this shop. I went down the street and spend $50 on meatball subs for my kids. I won’t be back.
Always get good stuff here. You've just got to stay on top of whoever is making your food so they don't get skimpy on the

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at subway. Online ordered, the slip listed everything correctly yet they Did not prepare the sandwich correctly. Wrong bread on one, the other was missing cucumber, red onion and lettuce. The tomato, spinach, green pepper and banana pepper was very scarce as you can see in the photo and the bacon was undercooked. They didn't even spread out the chicken! Geez. Definitely would never come back to this location again. BACK TO WHITE CLOUD SUBWAY I GO!!!!
Employees were nice, but lacked awareness of cleanliness. Employee held cheese slices less than 10 inches from her face and continued having a conversation with coworker. Employee did not switch gloves between subs concerning for vegetarians and those with allergies. Lastly, the veggies were clearly not fresh and had to ask to avoid getting old vegetables.
