This was one of the worst experiences I have had at subway. Online ordered, the slip listed everything correctly yet they Did not prepare the sandwich correctly. Wrong bread on one, the other was missing cucumber, red onion and lettuce. The tomato, spinach, green pepper and banana pepper was very scarce as you can see in the photo and the bacon was undercooked. They didn't even spread out the chicken! Geez. Definitely would never come back to this location again. BACK TO WHITE CLOUD SUBWAY I GO!!!!

The subs were good! But the olives were off. My 9 year old asked me to taste them because she thought they tasted weird. And they tasted very chemically off. Not sure what happened but I'm glad we got them on the side. The associates were fast and friendly!

Employees were nice, but lacked awareness of cleanliness. Employee held cheese slices less than 10 inches from her face and continued having a conversation with coworker. Employee did not switch gloves between subs concerning for vegetarians and those with allergies. Lastly, the veggies were clearly not fresh and had to ask to avoid getting old vegetables.
