This mcdonald’s is in order, but they have a drive that is cool

My sister and I went to the restaurant from the Prudential Center to the Stray Kids concert to get some water, but they were closed. The only way to get something was through the drive-thru. However, there was a really nice man who let people use the bathroom and even gave us a free water. I am so grateful for his kindness because we were very thirsty.

I am usually good with positive reviews, but this McDonald's location has a very unprofessional and rude shift manager named Janet. A few days ago, I asked for a sauce that I was willing to pay for, but she refused to help me and made me wait in line again. She then proceeded to yell and scream at me and another customer, displaying very unprofessional behavior. She even took my order off the window and yelled at an employee in a disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a professional setting and Janet's lack of kindness and professionalism as a leader was disappointing.

After a long day of work at the airport, I stopped on my way home to get my kids a late-night snack since it's a holiday. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches was already partially eaten.
