Dunkin' - Newark

I received the wrong order twice in a row—both times I ordered 2 black coffees. We sent them back, and they brought us 4 new coffees, which was nice, but none of them were black either. To top it off, the kitchen was closed for some reason. My suggestion? Head to the one in Harrison, NJ instead.

While there's usually a bit of a wait and the outdoor ordering area could use some more frequent cleaning, the overall experience is good. The staff members are very friendly and provide excellent customer service.

The staff here are undoubtedly the happiest donut people around. You'll receive exactly what you ordered, and they have a way of bringing a smile to your face.

I just went there to find out why the manager fired my sister when she was sick. The place is super small and they aren't clean. My sister saw a worker feed a customer food that fell on the ground
