$10 pretzel that looked nothing like iPad image. no salt, no pimples and different scabs than what was advertised. the pulpy cqme and the manager who delivered it asked if I wanted to drink. I said yes, I ordered a beer. he said he would get it. Five minutes later, I saw him eat. the beer never arrived. After I finished my brezel, I had to ask a server so I could ask where my beer was. After I brought my beer, I had to ask for a serviette that never came with my brezel. So I sat there for 10 minutes with butter hands and no beer. Countertops are always dirty. even after they wipe them off. they need to use something else. pretzel was bland, beer selection is ingenious, everything is overpriced, and service is terrible.

If you are going to offer Guinness, please teach your servers how to pour a halfway decent pint.

You have to order through the QR code. The 3 employees would rather talk to each other instead of serving the customers. Service is painfully slow. I expected the $21 price tag on the airport **** mary, no garnish nothing but the mix and vodka and does it need to take 15 minutes to get???

Beer came pretty quick but not cold. Ordered fries as well and followed up with staff but after waiting well over an hour had to leave to catch my flight so maybe swing by for a quick drink but not food (or more specifically fries). Update: Added a star because even if they didn't reply or contact me it looks like I received a refund

Ordered two bagels and drinks at the fancy (yet only option) “we will deliver to you” tablets. Waited 50 minutes and nearly had to board the flight before receiving the food we paid so much for. No time to eat before boarding. They were too lightly toasted, yet the cream cheese was all melted and soaked in. By far the worst use of $35 and an hour of our time. The delivery waitress also brought Diet Coke because they were out of regular, and didn’t care much that none of her orders were being completed in a timely or accurate way. I also ordered a poppy seed bagel, but when I opened the foil wrapper, it was topped with everything spice. I then looked at the other one, which was supposed to be everything, wondering if I opened the wrong one. Apparently it was also everything!!! You would be better off finding just about anything else to eat in the airport. Sad part is that they probably don’t even care because most of their customers are just passing through one time no point in actually making something that people would return for. Incredibly disappointed and famished. Yikes!!
