Enjoy their smoothies - Love pomegranate plunge with added blueberry. Plause their flatbread meals are good. Good app.

The service has really gone down hill in the last 3 months.

This location in particular had been my third poor experienceThis time they couldn't make any sandwiches because their oven was broken.

Yesterday I learned that a tropical smoothie cafe was recently opened on the south side of okc. I was really excited about it because it was one close to the office where I worked when I was still living in florida and was one of the chains I missed since the move to oklahoma. I was also really happy that they can replace beyond meat vegan chicken strips for the real thing in most of their menu points. before the only thing I could get was the hummus vanity (which, as I remember was really good) and a smoothie. Late Wednesday night, January 31st, I tried my first smoothie, the peanut butter cup smoothie, from the Tropical Place on South Western. Unfortunately, when I got home and took my first sip, I had to throw it away because the bananas they used were unripe and tasted awful. I've been planning to contact the store manager but haven’t found the time yet. In the meantime, I recommend tasting your smoothie before leaving the drive-thru to avoid receiving drinks made with unripe fruits and vegetables. The prices for these drinks are not justified when they use produce that isn’t ready to eat. I would have preferred if the server had informed me that the drink wasn't available and given me the option to choose a different smoothie instead of handing me one with such poorly selected ingredients.
