Very good food! And such a great environment to eat and hangout with friends and family! Thank you for great service!

First, I asked Brooke what beer was on tap. She said she didn't know. Knowing they usually have either Miller Lite or Ultra, I said either of those in a big glass. She asked for my first choice and proceeds to bring me a Miller Lite bottle. I said that I wanted a draft in a big glass. She leaves and returns with the big glass not full. I questioned and she again said she didn't know. Jared the manager happened to be walking by and said it was a 12 oz bottle in a glass. NOT what I asked for : . So i re-stated what I asked for. Jared says neither are available. So I asked what is, because that is what I asked for. I got a dos equis lager. It came almost immediately, no salt or lime....didn't ask if I wanted either and at this point I'm just annoyed, and not really sure it was even a dos equis. I joined the queso club last Memorial weekend while in Hot Springs. Mind you, I have returned to this same restaurant in OKC several times over the last 11 months and received free queso without issue. Not tonight! I was told I'm not in the queso club. When I questioned, again they don't know why I've never had a problem before tonight. I think I know why....There are few OTB left in the metro area so limited choices if I want to go, but I think it just may be worth driving to another location. To their credit, they did make it right eventually, but it shouldn't be a chore for me to get what I ask and pay for. Very frustrating.

The Togo lady is amazing, tall young lady named Shelby, the best waitress is a lady named Jessica, she is the best they have there. Food is good hot!!!!!!

The food was absolutely terrific, prices were just slightly more than they should be considering the portion size, service could be a bit improved, and they need to include regular size spoons with the silverware, oh, and a person should get more than one cup of coffee when paying that amount for it, however, the visit was pleasant enough that we will be back. Hopefully with some improvements.

I'm a former restaurant manager and I have to say the food was outstanding the quality is 110% and our waiter was the most wonderful young man that I've ever had the pleasure of being served from he was right there every moment when we needed him and gone when we didn't and everything was with smiles and it was just a marvelous experience Lonnie Higginbottom
