Lunetta Pizza - New York City

Standard NYC pizza. More affordable than the other ones in the area while taste is slightly better as well. Not sure why the reviews are so low I noticed a lot of reviews for “delivery” which I don’t consider to be legitimate reviews.

Don't order delivery from them.I live 2 buildings down and ordered delivery from them via Slice and they forgot an entire pizza, marked the order as delivered 12 minutes after I placed the order, and the delivery guy gave me a hard time for making him come up to my apartment via an elevator when I tipped him $7.50 to walk across the street and take an elevator up to my apartment.Maybe the owner doesn't share tips with the delivery people or maybe the dude was an ungrateful illegal, who knows, I wouldn't complain about $7.50 to carry 2 pizzas across the street.

Ordered delivery. The wait was over an hour, the food arrived, delivery man was very sweet and alive (thank you! traffic and heat were bad)The pizza was very good. Half mushrooms and half extra cheese. They nailed it with extra cheese! Yes!I also got chicken soup that came with bread and butter. Hot and tasty. And a cheesecake slice that did a rollover in transit, haha, but survived heat and was still cool.Food was neatly and thoughtfully packed. I enjoyed my lunch. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Don’t you love when you order one type of pizza but they send you another type. And then it happened again. Good food just wish I got what I ordered.

Pizza taste good but the customer service is not good at this location. Hopefully, the owner see this comment and do something about it. I will be visiting again to see any changes.
