Bidra med feedbackThe pizza here is a good New York slice, but it wasn't as traditional as I had anticipated. It seems to have a bit of a Neapolitan influence. The crust is quite light, but lacks the crispiness I was hoping for; it's very floppy. However, it's not overly soggy, so I don't dislike it. The sauce is solid, but the cheese has a strange texture and isn't particularly flavorful. On the plus side, the crust has a nice flavor and structure. Overall, I'd rate it a 7.6. It's decent pizza, but I’m puzzled as to why Dave would give this place an 8.3 or 8.5.
We recently traveled from India to the US for the first time, and we knew we had to try New York pizza while we were in NY. There was no better place to do that than Joe’s Pizza. Although the line was incredibly long, the vibrant atmosphere made the wait enjoyable. Once we got inside, we ordered slices of five different types of pizza, and after just three, we were already feeling full! Without a doubt, this was the BEST pizza we have ever had. Absolutely!
Although I'm not typically a fan of pizza, the buzz surrounding Joe's Pizza in NYC was so overwhelming that I couldn't help but be intrigued. Picture this: it was a Sunday night in Times Square, and the line was as long as one you’d see for a blockbuster movie premiere! I decided to postpone the pizza experience until Monday. That's when the real magic happened down by Wall Street. We opted for the classic trio: cheese, spinach, and mozzarella slices. Wow, what a burst of flavor! The thin, crispy crust acted like a flavor vehicle for my taste buds. Seriously, this pizza is worth every cheesy bite. Give it a try—you won't regret it!
Joe's is a well known pizza place near the 9/11 memorial that serves several types of decent NYC style pizza by the slice. Lots of celeb pics on the walls. Pick what type you want and they'll heat it up for you. Best eaten after being heated up. The texture of the dough is pretty good and there's good seasoning but I found the pizza a bit dry. Not the best pizza I've ever had but worth trying if you're in the area.
Loved the thin crust of the pizza here! I know this place is super famous, but I didn’t think it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was good for a super quick bite late at night and it hit the spot.
