Customers move down the line to choose a grain, side, and protein (usually tofu) before taking a seat at one of the tables inside or opting for takeout. The branch is roomy, with ample seating and a restroom available. It's a great spot for a nutritious and satisfying lunch or dinner option.
There were many vegan options available at this restaurant and they were quick during the busy lunch rush. Most of the side options were vegan, clearly marked. I chose a bowl with a Farro base and three sides - Cashew-Kale-Kasar, three beet salad, and kartoffel salad. It was delicious! The flavors were amazing and they gave generous portions. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I stopped by for a quick and delicious meal of boiled quinoa, seasoned and fresh, served with grilled tofu, sweet potato, and kale sides. It was absolutely delicious!
Many options and all were tasty! some of their cutlery, bowling and tassen were recyclable so that is a plus
I had the grilled tofu bowl with sweet potatoes and sautéed broccoli. It was delicious! They make this ginger, mint lemonade that is out of this world refreshing. Situated in-between Potbelly and Chipotle, they are a fierce competitor. I was so happy to find them conveniently located to local hotels.
