Vegan sushi could not have tasted better. the sauces are also great. all the rolls are so delicious and the sides are also great. the magic mushroom is my favorite! the brownies are so good. also beyond sushi events! they are super easy and fun to work.

You have to venture deep into Chelsea Market to discover this tiny gem called Beyond Sushi. The place was bustling, and we had to wait in line to place our takeout order (they only do takeaways), but it was definitely worth it! The packaging for the takeaway is nice, and the small plastic test tubes used for the topping sauces are adorable. It's not easy to find a spot in the market's common area to enjoy your food, but the vegan sushi is truly innovative. The combination of textures and flavors in their sushi creations will delight your taste buds and stimulate various pleasure centers in your brain. In other words, you need to try Beyond Sushi!
