Vivi Bubble Tea - New York

The service at this restaurant was incredibly bad. It took over 20 minutes to receive just one drink. The staff needs to prioritize fulfilling existing orders before taking on more. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. As for the food, it was rated 1 out of 5.

The bubble tea was overpriced and the tea was not to my liking. It was too watered down. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3 out of 5.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! They serve the best fried chicken in New York. The place was gorgeous and very clean, with a well-organized menu that was easy to read. There is seating available for guests, and the customer service was excellent. I am looking forward to returning soon. Thank you, Vivi Bubble Tea!

This place is a joke!! As much as I really enjoy their bubble tea, I’ve literally stood there waiting 30 minutes to receive my drink! I don’t understand why there’s only ONE employee working there having to make 15 different things at a time, slowing down the entire line, not to mention the new customers that were coming inside. Either hire more employees or give those people a raise!! How do you expect them to fulfill orders this way?!This place also sells food, not sure who eats chicken at 11am but apparently many do nobody was making drinks because we had to wait for the employee to come back from the kitchen in the back. FIT is five minutes away and I was late for class because they struggled to prepare a drink that takes 3 minutes to make. Really disappointed.

I have had many Blue Galaxies from this chain restaurant, but the best one is from this location. Service was quick and easy. I only wish this place had more seats.Food: 5/5
