The London Bar Restaurant - New York

There was a slight misunderstanding at first, but Conrad, specifically the Director of Guest Relations, contacted us and quickly resolved the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that they reached out, especially considering how busy they must be in NYC. They addressed everything promptly and ensured we were well taken care of. I would like to personally thank the Director of Guest Relations for her assistance and kindness!

The staff is fantastic, the rooms are nicely updated, and the location is excellent with great rates. It's also very convenient to get in and out.

On the positive side, the king suite itself is quite spacious, especially for New York, and the bellhop staff was very friendly. The location is another advantage, as it's conveniently located near shopping and Central Park. Overall, I would recommend the Ritz if you're seeking a genuine five-star experience, although there are some areas needing improvement in terms of value for the price.

Our suite was in dire need of a refresh- Chipped paint on all doors, baseboards knicked up at every corner and stained marble tile in bathroom. The lobby is so dated and doesn’t reflect any good design or vibe of NYC. I couldn’t wait to check out and get to the FABULOUS WALL STREET HOTEL

My friend stays here every time she comes to NY. I met her at the bar and the drunks are always delicious and good service
