The Crosby - New York

Restaurant staff are the rudest, and incompetent (especially our waitress and the woman greeting us at the door). The woman waiting our table was slamming silverware and throwing straws on our table as if we were pigs being fed in a third world country. We always have problems with some of the staff that work here, which is a shame because others are nice.

We had afternoon tea and the only yummy bites were the scones. The sandwiches were way too big, traditionally, they’re bite sized. The server barely checked on us, and went missing for 45 mins while we waited for her to come back and refresh plates and refill hot water for the tea. All in all, it was disappointing.

Loved the ambience and colorful interior of the Crosby Bar!

Excellent tea service experience! Will be returning.

Expecting great food and presentation but it was pretty marginal. Given the prices, I would expect higher quality. Service was fine not exceptional. Had to ask for things twice, didn’t fill water glasses, etc.
