Bidra med feedbackFood was excellent! We had the restaurant week Menu and it was opera! Sea bass melts in your mouth and warm Brie was good. Steak was juicy though it was cooked well done! Portions was good enough.! It was a delish!
If you have food allergies, Avoid this place. I enquired by email before reserving my room and in person upon arrival. , and yet on the day having my dinner, I was made to feel.... 'Take it or leave it!. I advise sending the staff including manage nt on Allergies training, but more important on customer care training for moments when dealing with people like us who have very limited choice due to foof allergies. Shame... Thought Hard Rock could do better!
Made a reservation for $200 deposit on open table. Upon being seated we are told $500 minimum on food. order it or you get billed anyway. So we lived it up and got about 3 of everything on the menu. An additional $200 was put on our bill bringing it to over $800 with the included tip. Told us the open table $200 would be reimbursed. We will see. Very poor service. Food finally showed 20 min before our slotted time expired. 2 hr slot. Tried to get us out in 1.5. Food was not very good except for the steak and truffle Mac n chz. That was actually amazing. small portions. Loved the snow globe atmosphere on the rooftop and only reason we booked. One time only for us. Way overpriced and ridiculous. The $200 should’ve been a credit towards the $500 minimum required for new years. Nathan the manager really carried for our slacker server, Nick.
Very poor service, was just about forgotten about. Very hard to get drinks and even hard to get the cheque to be able to leave. Tip was added automatically so couldn’t tip accordingly for service. Food was great though.
Literally the worst dinner we had in NYC. The carving station with the roast, ham and turkey was decent. The rest of dinner that just consisted of broccolini, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked beans and parsnips were just in a pan on a table, no way of keeping them warm. The mashed potatoes were glue and the baked beans were from a can swimming in their juice. I had to beg three different staff members for a drink. When the bill came, it was $89.00 per person (buffet only) and the gratuity had already been added at 18% which explained the service . I would never go back here to eat. NYC has so many places that are wonderful. Don’t waste your time here .
