Panera Bread - New York

Eating is great, but the server attack is simply unacceptable! yesterday I ordered a strawberry limonade and received an email said ready to pick up 5:02. When I arrived there, I saw a strawberry limonade on the table, but I wait patiently thought someone would call my name. After about 10 minutes I tried to ask the staff there, but I was impatiently rejected. after approx. The strawberry drink was still there for 20 minutes without the reception being printed out. I wanted to ask if they could check the status of the order. they rejected me again and stopped in an extremely bad attitude “You just have to wait!” after a few minutes, a male staff told me to go into the counter and gave me the drink that sat there before I came in. they made a mistake and showed me a attitude without apologies!

This was my 1st time eating Panera on the city. The staff here is very rude. There was a bit of a wait which I didn’t mind but when it was time to get my food, they handed someone their food ahead of me. Then they handed me my food. One of the female workers complained about how ‘f’d up’ the customers were in front of me. I feel like she was talking about me which confused me because this was my first time at this location. I think they tampered with my food because my throat felt funny after eating here. I wasn’t rude or anything to the staff, I ordered at the kiosk and waiting patiently for my order. I’m starting to think this was racially motivated. I will not return here

Waited 1hr for my order , don’t ever come in this location it’s a disarray, no management from what I can see employees are rude just walking around with no care . They don’t smile or greet you seeems like they hate their job .

Slow service, incorrect orders, and rude employees. I've never waited so long for my order at Panera as I did here (easily almost 30 minutes). The seating area is strange as you're basically in the basement. I'll never return again.

Waited 1 hour and a half for a half soup half sandwich. Soup was lukewarm and the sandwich was mid. I had to microwave the chicken noodle soup that I wish had more chicken and noodles bc it was a lot of broth with not s lot of good stuff inside. The sandwich wasn 't bad but I think it was help from the mustard and the taste of the sourdough. Not hard to mess up a turkey sandwich though! Honestly I 'm more upset that the order took so long. I tried tracking it too and it just kept saying the wrong time and pushing back the estimated arrival time by 10 minutes. Won 't be ordering from this Panera again. Actually I 'll probably take another king break from Panera.
