Bidra med feedbackAmazing cheap food. It is pretty intimidating for someone who doesnt speak Spanish to try to navigate through what is there on offer and selecting the right food I wanted. The staff speak little english but they were so warm and patient to me and my girlfriend. After multiple pointing at pictures and food on the shelf, we order some soup and meat on rice. The flavour of the food is so punchy and leaves you very satisfied after the meal. I have patronised the restaurant a few times during my stay in New York and menu changes slightly everyday, which is welcoming. Soup of the day is also rotated so there is no two days with the same item. I love the soup on offer. One spoonful and you know it is boiled for a long time with a good balance of flavours and consistency. It feels like it is what a spanish grandmother would cook for her grandchildren on a sunday afternoon with lots of love.
They have been remodeled. They are open for businessGo check them out now.I'm so happy there back.Great food always.Food: 5/5
If anyone knows this owner, it looks like the store is flooding. Contact the owner!!! Christmas Day. Water pouring out from under the metal gate. I tried to call the number but it says not in use
I love the coffee and Cuban sandwich. And don't forget the Tres Leches cake. The best I ever had
This is a little neighborhood eatery well known for its low prices and delicious Spanish food. However, don't expect a restaurant style service with a waiter or waitress catering to your every need. It's basically, come in, reach to one of the workers behind the counter, and if you need to, shout it out, because they don't write down the order.
